That class prepared me for her more advanced class which I never thought I could do. It’s been about 8 years and I’m still taking her classes. Now via zoom. She is a great instructor, very knowledgeable about alternatives when poses are too challenging for me. But still coaching me to get the best stretch possible. I love how she breaks down a pose little by little to get the maximum stretch. I’ve gotten so strong with my poses that when I take other classes, the instructors complement my yoga.
