November Virtual Deep Dive Yoga
Peace is a precious gift that we can offer ourselves when things get hard. We know how important it is to create and keep peace in our bodies and minds to prevent dis-ease, but sometimes it’s easier said than done. This month’s intention will be to find and cultivate peace within our lives, on and off the mat.

Over the 3 weeks you can expect to:
Get stronger physically by refining movements
Gain more physical flexibility through body awareness
Develop a consistent breathing and meditation practice
All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice at a later time. If you have any injuries you’re working with, let me know and I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible.
Wednesday is for challenging ourselves!
If you are looking to take your yoga practice to a new level by learning more challenging yoga postures, try out the Wednesday “Advanced” class. This class is designed to teach you new ways to move in your body by breaking down the yoga poses that are more “advanced,” like inversions (headstand and handstand), arm balances (crow and variations), and backbends (wheel and camel). All these poses are accessible to individuals that have a consistent practice… I’ll walk you through how to get into them and allow them to feel really good in your body. Drop-ins welcome or add to your monthly membership subscription.
December Virtual Deep Dive Yoga
This month we will remember that You Are A Gift to the friends and family (the world) around you. The more we can focus on the presence we give those in our lives, we realize the priceless gift we share with others. We will keep doing your own inner work to feel good in your lives. And remember that through the yoga practice (physical postures, meditation, and breathwork), it’s easier to find the moments of joy each day, and really appreciate the loved ones around us. The work you do for yourself matters. We will find practices this month that will refine our skills of being present each day and realize what a gift that is to those in our lives.

It’s that time again! Change of seasons is always a nice time to come together for the ultimate moving meditation. I’ll be hosting a yoga event for Winter Solstice to usher in the beautiful change of season. The event will be a guided journey into a moving meditation of 108 sun salutations followed by some restorative yoga. I’ll provide a light Ayurvedic snack after that will nourish you from the practice. There is limited space, so save your spot by direct messaging me.
This will be held at my home in Cornville (15 mins from West Sedona) and will be a donation based practice. Feel free to share info with other yogis that would be interested in joining.

The Ayurvedic Reset is a 3-week participatory program that is designed to help you find a sense of balance in your everyday life through finding daily routines, appreciation for your food, and prioritize sleep. The goal of the reset is to create routines in your life that are healthy and allow you to feel really good in your body every day.

October Virtual Deep Dive Yoga
This month I thought we would work with the mantra/intention of “loosen your grip.” I love this quote I ran across recently,
“You’re overthinking because you really care what happens next- you don’t want to fail. You doin’t want to let people down, but no amount of planning, worrying, or over-analyzing can give you control over what happens next. Breath. Loosen your grip. Experience life as it comes”
