Be True to You

You are the only person in your body and mind. So you are truly the only person that knows what you need. The power of tuning into our bodies and listening to our patterns of thought, is the ability to mold and change our lives to make sure we are serving our needs. This week, be true to you and your needs. They may change from moment to moment, day to day… but keep listening and act accordingly.
