It’s that time again! Change of seasons is always a nice time to come together for the ultimate moving meditation. I’ll be hosting a yoga event for Fall Equinox to usher in the beautiful change of season. The event will be a guided journey into a moving meditation of 108 sun salutations followed by some restorative yoga. I’ll provide a light Ayurvedic snack after that will nourish you from the practice. There is limited space, so save your spot by direct messaging me.

This will be held at my home in Cornville (15 mins from West Sedona) and will be a donation based practice. Feel free to share info with other yogis that would be interested in joining.
