Settle Into Sattva On-demand Yoga Intensive
Settle Into Sattva. This month we are working with the theme of "Settle into Sattva. The world has a lot going on right now. It's hard to get through the day without hearing about something really challenging going on. One thing we can do for ourselves, when life keeps throwing us challenging situations, is settle into a sattvic state. We'll take the opportunity to talk about what a sattvic state looks like and how to incorporate practices to stay in that space when we might normally get triggered by what life is throwing at you. These practices will include how to approach your yoga practice, foods to incorporate, and meditation/breathwork techniques to help calm the emotional storm of it all.
