Hit RESET
Our deep dive intention this month is HIT RESET on several areas of our practice. We will find some breathwork and meditations that focus on bringing the body back into balance after the holiday season. There will be some “stocking of the fire” and also finding the parts of our practice we need to soften into a little to get that balance. As always, it’s a fun adventure on the mat together.
